As a founding team member at Atlassian Foundation, I built global operational infrastructure from zero — managing $10M+ budgets, launching programs across 20+ countries, and serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite and Board.
I didn't just run programs. I built the systems, the teams, and the culture that made scaling possible. From implementing platforms like Salesforce, Benevity, and Goodstack for 10,000+ users, to leading COVID-19 emergency response that generated $1M+ in global giving — I operate at the intersection of strategy and execution.
